One-on-One Advice & Mentoring
Whether it is part of an entrepreneurship program or a private session, a dedicated expert working through an SFEDA member organization can help you see your business opportunities and challenges from a different perspective, and provide personalized professional counsel.
We can connect you with the legal advice you need to minimize your liability and protect your business and personal assets. Our members provide assistance with legal topics such as forming a business entity (LLC, corporation, etc.), drafting contracts, employment and tax law compliance, understanding your commercial lease contract, and protecting your unique brand or invention.
Researching and comparing funding alternatives can result in a complex and time consuming undertaking, but we do it all the time. Let us share our expertise and work together to find the best loan program or fundraising plan for your small business.
Business Support for Entrepreneurs of Color
JPMorgan Chase and three SFEDA member organizations joined to create The Entrepreneurs of Color Fund - an initiative designed to help close the opportunity gap for business owners of color in San Francisco. The fund provides both capital and business support to entrepreneurs regardless of the stage of their business.
